Doctor on a Computer

How it works

The scribe connects physician via HIPAA compliant platform with given EHR credentials at the level what MA's have.

Scribe navigates the EHR in real-time and enter discrete information into the EHR including medical histories, problem lists, allergies, immunizations, and health maintenance; research data; pending orders; utilize templates; format and document HPI, ROS, PE, A&P, patient instructions; pre-visit planning; and assist with Quality Metrics/Critical Care, referrals, and communication management.

Physician will interact with the scribe at the  end of each patient's encounter or before lunch for finalizing the updated information to post it into the EHR.

At the end of the day a detailed report will be sent to the physician on a daily basis to track the scribe's effort.
